Chef Georg Schroeppel's story is a tale of inspiration and discovery. Georg's passion for cooking began in an unexpected way – through his allergy. He created a menu that was both delicious and allergy-friendly, catering to diners with different dietary needs. His restaurant quickly became a hit, and he gained a loyal following of customers who appreciated the care and attention he put into every dish.Today, Chef Georg Schroeppel is a respected figure in the culinary world, renowned for his innovative cooking techniques and allergy-friendly approach to cuisine.
